Woven Charitable Foundation is an endowment-based family foundation. We don’t run services - we fund and stand behind strong partners so more people are woven into safe, inclusive communities with dignity, belonging, and well-being. Our focus is children, youth, people with disabilities (SEN), and their families in Hong Kong and the region.

 

How we work is straightforward:

• We provide catalytic funding—flexible grants and risk-aware investments that help partners strengthen capacity, pilot innovations, and scale proven models.

• We back evidence and learning—clear theories of change, measurable outcomes, and open iteration.

• We pursue systems change—championing approaches that improve effectiveness and efficiency at scale.

• And when urgent needs arise, we offer timely relief without losing sight of long-term goals.
