Woven Charitable Foundation is a professional family foundation.
Our core purpose is to empower vulnerable people and weave them into an inclusive community where they truly find safety, dignity, belonging and well-being.
We achieve this by connecting individuals and organisations to vital resources. We make grants to incubate effective, innovative, and impactful solutions. We also make strategic, catalytic investments to help organisations scale their reach and deepen their impact.
We prioritise programmes with proven outcomes and support thoughtful exploration. We back long-term solutions and organisations that address the root causes of social problems, not just the symptoms or quick fixes.
